Parts Counter Sales and Service Parts

Parts counter is looking for 2-3 full day shifts per week and service parts is looking for 2-3 days/week. Review catalogs and online inventory for parts & accessories, develop complete parts lists, conduct inventory, provide excellent customer service & stock product. Technical knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles & function is preferred. Must be able to work w/ a variety of customers, have strong & accurate computer skills.

Service Advisor

The service department is looking for a service advisor to work with our customers professionally and courteously, to accurately estimate the cost of repair work, parts and accessories, rebuilds, paint work, maintenances, and other jobs as well as the labor time to complete the job. We require excellent customer service and follow up, strong prioritization and organizational skills, and proven sales ability. Advanced knowledge of Harley-Davidson® parts and accessories, motorcycle repair, and 2 years related experience is highly preferred but we will consider experienced advisors from other fields.

Service Office Specialist

The service department is in need of a strong administrative specialist with excellent customer service skills and the ability to negotiate through diverse situations and personalities. Required: advanced (+) knowledge of Excel, average typing speed, accurate data entry, previous experience with process management, and the desire and initiative to learn technical details about the Harley-Davidson® product line. The position involves typing technician’s hand-written notes into the work order, auditing the work order for completeness, coding, and ensuring terminology is complete, professional and legal. This position will also learn the warranty administration process for the dealership which involves acute attention to detail and processes.

The position is in a shared office housed in the service department. Team members are exposed to noises, fumes and multiple distractions and interruptions. This is a FT position and requires scheduling availability between 9:30 am & 7 pm M-F and 9 am & 4 pm on Saturdays.
